Me Myself & monotone

Me, Myself & Monotone is a deeply personal collection that serves as a visual manifesto of the Fikana aesthetic. It is a study of my core artistic identity: quiet, intuitive, and monochromatic. This series explores the intimate space where the precision of symmetry meets the raw soul of abstract expression.

Crafted with black and white gouache on grey archival paper, each piece is an exploration of "Presence and Absence." By using a restricted palette, the focus shifts entirely to the texture of the paint and the rhythm of the stroke. The spontaneous, mirrored shapes act as a Rorschach study of emotion—finding a perfect, meditative balance within the ink.

This collection is a dialogue between what is seen and what is felt. It represents the "Quiet" power of monochrome—proving that when we strip away color, we reveal the true anatomy of the artist’s hand.
